With the exception of OH&S, I have spent time as a technical specialist in every facet of Human Resource Management - from recruitment, remuneration and benefits, industrial relations, training and development, leadership and management, organisational development, talent management, succession planning, executive coaching. My passion is aligning leadership and culture to achieve organisations strategic objectives.
