Since 1985 I have spent my professional career working to align people's performance to organisational goals. With the exception of OH&S, I have spent time as a technical specialist in every facet of Human Resource Management - from recruitment, remuneration and benefits, industrial relations, training and development, leadership and management, organisational development, talent management, succession planning, executive coaching. My passion is aligning leadership and culture to achieve organisations strategic objectives. I have carried out the above in the capacity of employee in organisations and as an partner in a consulting firm consulting to industry and government.
